Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders and stored as part of our accounting procedure which includes individual purchase histories. Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending a blank email with "UNSUBSCRIBE MAILING LIST" in the subject line to: unsubscribe@blanknomore.com

Payment Information

All payments are to made directly via PayPal payment system. Blank No More Ltd does not hold any customer credit card information. All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate used on the day of purchase by PayPal. However, please bear in mind that Blank No More Ltd cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website.

Shipping and availability

Orders subject to availability. All orders are sent by special delivery. Orders are dispatched once a week on a Monday for all orders received by Sunday. All screen prints are sent on a guaranteed priority service and rolled into a postage tube. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days. Please visit the order pages to view our current shipping charges. Please note that all shipments to outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please see the foot of this page for contact details. Refunds will only be applicable where Blank No More Ltd is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Blank No More Ltd. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Blank No More Ltd reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
